Marcia, 59 "From Mitch, I learned about my body's musculature and all the ways in which tightness or an injury in one part of the body can manifest in limitations in another part of the body. I also really "got" why sleep, hydration, diet (protein!) and mobilization are essential to meeting my strength & fitness goals." "Working with Coach Mitch has been an amazing, impactful and fantastic experience. I injured my wrist in January at work and it just kept getting worse each month. Finally, after 3 month of pain and frustration, l started an 8 week mobility/recovery training program with Coach Mitch. (By that time, I was honestly starting to believe that I would just not ever be able to do a power clean or anything more than a deadlift again. Period.) But within 4 weeks of working with Mitch, not only was my wrist better from all the mobility work we did, but I was also getting stronger, had improved my lifting technique and learned new skills, regained confidence in myself and was thrilled to be hitting PRs practically every week. An unbelievable transformation!! When I PR'd my power clean without wrist pain, I practically cried because it was so beyond what I had thought I could ever do again. (Since then, I also PR'd my deadlift, back squat, front squat, hang power clean, strict, push & bench presses; yep - it's ridiculous!) In our 8 sessions of focused one-on-one time, I really appreciate that Coach Mitch addressed not just my injury or symptom of the moment, but the big picture of my health. From the first day, we discussed sleep, hydration and diet, and set realistic goals for those foundations of good health that we gradually increased over time. As a medical doctor who also specializes in mobility and fitness, and who is an incredible athlete himself, Coach Mitch is able to do what no doctor at my HMO and no regular PT could do: connect all the dots between health, physiology and one's personal strength and fitness goals. From Mitch, I learned about my body's musculature and all the ways in which tightness or an injury in one part of the body can manifest in limitations in another part of the body. I also really "got" why sleep, hydration, diet (protein!) and mobilization are essential to meeting my strength & fitness goals. Throughout our 8 weeks, Coach Mitch provided me with concrete and very do-able ways to mobilize and do the soft tissue work that enabled me to address the underlying issues of my injury, while also observing and suggesting subtle changes to my lifting technique that made all the difference. Not only that, but he checked in via text regularly between sessions as well, to see how I was doing, and even after our formal 8 week course was over. I highly doubt that there's any fitness gym (or HMO!) anywhere, where you will get that kind of expert care and personalized attention. Finally - this is really important - Coach Mitch always ALWAYS brings so much positive energy and enthusiasm to his coaching, and total confidence in what we can do, so every session was also uplifting and FUN, and I found myself rising beyond my own expectations with a big smile on my face. I truly can't say enough good things about Coach Mitch. I 110% recommend Coach Mitch to anyone working with injury or anyone just wanting to excel, get stronger and more fit, and feel comfortable, confident and at ease in one's body."

Cameron, 35 "I found it empowering to work with Mitch. I have a better understanding of how my body works, and I now believe that I have life-long tools to ensure I stay active." "I reached out to Mitch because I had elbow pain and neck pain that had been worsening for months. Physical therapy didn't help, and I was close to stopping Jiu Jitsu, which had been my passion for several years. Prior to working with Mitch, I had tried physical therapy for almost six months. My PT told me that I needed to do less Jiu Jitsu because my elbows hadn't recovered, despite doing hours of PT exercises each week. When I spoke with Mitch, he provided a totally different explanation for my pain. His explanation made sense to me and gave me hope that I was not a lost cause, and that I didn't have a defective or broken body. Whereas my PT focused exclusively on my elbows and neck, Mitch explained my pain as a symptom of an underlying issue which was highly treatable. Mitch's method gave me practical ways of treating my pain that brought meaningful relief within days. I've been able to continue Jiu Jitsu and feel confident in my body's ability to perform at high levels of stress. I found it empowering to work with Mitch. I have a better understanding of how my body works, and I now believe that I have life-long tools to ensure I stay active. I wholeheartedly recommend working with Mitch."

Albin, 27 "I am 27 years old, and for the last 9 years I have had a massive issue with my right shoulder. I have tried physiotherapy, met many experts in the field, done rehab, x-ray scans, general stretching and even considered operation. I have not been able to lift it (or only very limited), and my posture was terrible." "I am 27 years old, and for the last 9 years I have had a massive issue with my right shoulder. I have tried physiotherapy, met many experts in the field, done rehab, x-ray scans, general stretching and even considered operation. I have not been able to lift it (or only very limited), and my posture was terrible. I could not do any exercise that consisted of using my right shoulder – leading me not to exercise as I wanted and, in the end, a poorer quality of life. I met Mitch, and he said I was just tight in the shoulder. I thought it was too easy of an answer to a problem that I have had for many years. That said, Mitch said trust me, give me 30 minutes, and then you will see. After going through a few exercises with Mitch explaining key systems of tension, anatomy, and how it is all connected, I could lift my right shoulder properly for the first time in many many years. To be honest, it was unexpected; I became emotional. But, above all, I finally saw an end to my shoulder issues, which I never thought I would be able to say."

  • Rachel and Craig

Rachel and Craig, 47 "[Mitch] has given us fundamental principles to apply to exercise and movement, and he has taught us soft tissue techniques that we in turn have passed on to our 2 daughters." "Working with Dr. Mitch Rostad has been life changing for me and my wife, Rachel. For the past 10 years, Rachel has suffered from increasing lower back pain, and in the last 5 years, it has become a constant, debilitating condition. It would take her 5-10 minutes to get out of bed in the morning and it was continuing to worsen over time. Her general physician at Kaiser attributed her condition to arthritis and her age and she was assigned a few physical therapy sessions, which provided her with some basic stretches and mobility exercises. They did nothing to relieve her lower back pain. I was having problems of my own with my shoulders, which I believed had deteriorated through 10 years of Jiu Jitsu training. My shoulder mobility was worsening at an alarming rate, and I feared that my days of training would be coming to an end in order to preserve what mobility remained. I had recently stopped playing catch with my kids because throwing a football over 20 feet was painful and felt like it made my shoulder worse. However, my shoulder problems seemed minuscule compared to my wife’s situation. In passing, I had spoken to a number of training partners at the Jiu Jitsu academy that I train at, who told me about the work they had been doing with Dr. Mitch Rostad, and more importantly, the amazing results they had experienced, and they recommended that I check it out. I put it off for months because of our financial obligations at the time, and I was reluctant to believe that anyone could really help our age-related conditions. But after seeing the difficulty my wife had one morning getting out of bed, I realized that we had to explore every option available to make her situation easier. So we arranged a phone meeting with Dr. Rostad. Our first conversation with Dr. Rostad was comfortable and easy, and he preferred to just be called "Mitch". But we were still very reluctant to believe his assertion that our problems could be significantly improved during the course of one session, especially after having such poor results with our healthcare professionals at Kaiser over the years. We set up our first meeting with Mitch and to our amazement we did in fact see immediate results! Mitch took us through several points of soft tissue work, and provided detailed explanations about the causes of our discomfort and a comprehensive approach to improving our mobility, quality of life, and overall health. Rachel felt much better within minutes, and rolled out of bed the next morning with ease. It was truly amazing. Mitch can provide clients with a thorough understanding of what causes tightness, tension, injury, and discomfort. He strives to give us tools for self-diagnosis and dealing with problems as they arise with mobility or overall health. This is what is covered throughout the 8 week program - establishing a picture of one’s overall health and mobility issues, plus a customized program to fit the individual’s lifestyle, goals, limitations and schedule. Mitch has given us detailed guidance about health and nutrition plus affordable recommendations for supplements, meals and exercise equipment. This stuff works. It does take some commitment and learning, but Mitch is dedicated to finding solutions that suit each individual. I would like to share more about Mitch; he was 100% committed to the improvement of our lives and physical limitations. he was available around the clock for our questions or injuries; I sprained my ankle while training jiu jitsu, and he would check on it regularly. He was genuinely concerned about relieving us of our longtime suffering, and I see him helping others at my Jiu Jitsu academy, people who are just in need of medical attention or pain relief. He was patient with our failure to complete some assignments, and instead of reprimanding us, he would seek a better solution to address our schedule or situation moving forward. He is flexible and inquisitive and committed to expanding his knowledge for improving the mind and body. He’s passionate about this stuff for sure, and I believe that is what makes him so good at what he does. I train regularly at the gym that he works out of, and I see him pushing himself everyday in order to practice what he preaches and further his mission and craft. The 8 week treatment program does require a commitment of time and money, but it is unequivocally worth every cent, and I wish I could convey to people how much better their health, fitness and quality of life could be improved by making that investment. Without exaggeration, working with Dr. Mitch Rostad has been life-changing for the both of us. My wife’s lower back pain has been dialed back by a decade, and with consistent work, she is able to manage discomfort as it arises. Our middle-aged bodies require consistent maintenance, and Mitch has provided us with a customized program to protect our bodies against further deterioration. He has given us fundamental principles to apply to exercise and movement, and he has taught us soft tissue techniques that we in turn have passed on to our 2 daughters. Our older daughter was able set a personal best in power lifting the same day that she incorporated the soft-tissue work. Our younger daughter has been able to significantly relieve tension and inflexibility in her shoulders, which has accumulated through years of hard Jiu Jitsu training. As for myself, it turns out that my shoulders aren’t actually worn out, they just require consistent maintenance in order to pursue ongoing Jiu Jitsu training. I’ve been able to double my training hours, and I feel much better on my rest days, and I feel confident about challenging physical activities that arise, and that peace of mind is priceless."

Simon, 52 "Over the years, I’ve grown stronger in ways I never imagined, reclaiming a body that feels capable and alive—but none of it happened alone. Mitch Rostad, M.D., has been more than a coach; he’s been a guide and a friend, helping me unlock my full potential through strength, mobility, and longevity. His life-changing support has taught me that healing and growth are possible at any age." "Strength is more than physical. It’s about showing up for yourself, even when it’s hard. Over the years, I’ve grown stronger in ways I never imagined—hitting personal bests in the gym, staying injury-free, and reclaiming a body that feels capable and alive. But none of it happened alone. I want to give a heartfelt shout-out to Mitch Rostad, M.D. who specializes in Pain, Performance, & Healthspan Optimization (www.getprimd.com ). Mitch has been more than a coach—he's been a guide, a friend, and someone who sees not just where I am but where I could be. He’s helped me unlock my full potential by focusing on strength, mobility, and longevity. Through his work, I’ve learned that healing and growth are possible at any age. I spent years believing that injuries, fatigue, or even age were barriers to feeling truly alive in my body. But Mitch taught me to look deeper—to focus on what’s possible rather than what’s been lost. Whether it was dialing in my training, improving my mobility, or making tweaks for a better healthspan, his support has been life-changing. If you’re feeling stuck, broken, or like you’ve hit a wall, know this: strength can be rebuilt, and hope is never lost. Sometimes, all it takes is the right person in your corner. Thank you, Mitch, for helping me show up for myself—stronger, healthier, and more resilient than ever."

  • Will

Will, 38 "This new strength has come with the added bonus of my arm no longer feeling like it is going to fall off when swimming. Another ability I thought was gone that I have gotten back since working with Mitch." "Working with Mitch has been a life changing experience. Mitch has developed a robust methodology that is easily customizable to help his clients reach their goals. The great value in Mitch is that he gives you everything to succeed and will help make changes maintainable so they are the new normal. His medical background and persistent striving for self improvement make him a great coach for helping people reach their health and athletic goals. He sincerely wants to help and has helped me immensely. Mitch doesn’t keep secrets and is happy to share his wealth of knowledge. I was physically a wreck when I started working with Mitch. Keeping a small business going during covid was stressful and led to me really neglecting my health and stress eating. I had put on a lot of weight and was exhausted every day when I got home. Just getting on the ground to play with my daughter was painful. My body did not want to move, if I even had enough energy. In addition I had two major injuries that were plaguing me physically and mentally. I have had multiple injuries to my neck over the past 10 years and no longer felt comfortable practicing brazilian jiu jitsu or anything strenuous. At any point I could get a flair up that could be one night to 6 months of pain or worse. The other injury was a pectoralis major tendon tear that was surgically repaired years after the injury. Although I diligently did all the rehab post surgery it was woefully insufficient. Between Mitch’s mobility methodology and strengthening routines I am no longer afraid to practice a full schedule of BJJ. If I feel a tweak in my neck I simply mobilize and am able to train that day. And I experience few if any training incidents that flair it up at all because of the additional muscle and strength I have added. My neck felt like a ticking time bomb while training BJJ, every eight classes I’d have an issue. In the last 8 months I have had 1 flair up from sleeping in a weird position, which was resolved that day by mobilizing and I was able to train BJJ. I am for the first time in 10 years able to train BJJ without feeling like I am one move away from significant lingering discomfort, a glass cannon. The added strength and mobility has been a nice addition to my jiu jitsu as well. Training with Mitch has made me see how woefully inadequate my rehab post my pectoral repair surgery was. Basically my PT got me moving my arm with near full range of motion and that was it, no strength development. I had no confidence in my ability to develop strength in my pec, especially after 2 years of living with it torn and just having it surgically attached. To my shock (and horror) Mitch told me bench press was going to be a significant part of our routine. We started with reduced range and with 85 lbs. With Mitch’s cautious guidance we pushed well beyond what I thought was physically possible, but also dealt with the emotional baggage of such a severe injury. 3 or 4 months into working with Mitch I did 135 lbs on bench for a rep! I simply didn’t think moving that much weight in bench press was possible for me, and that if I did I would reinjure myself. But through consistent work and a safe schedule of progressive overload, it was achieved very safely and comfortably. That was a huge moment for me. Now I am repping 165 lbs with full range of motion! I grew up surfing and playing water sports. After the pec tear, swimming was very uncomfortable and I no longer felt comfortable enough to swim in the ocean. This new strength has come with the added bonus of my arm no longer feeling like it is going to fall off when swimming. Another ability I thought was gone that I have gotten back since working with Mitch. Looking forward to getting back in salty water soon. Mitch has helped me improve many aspects of life: diet, consistency in working out, enjoyable workouts, sleep improvements, motivation, mobility and range of motion. I am much more optimized than before I was working with him. Your path can be as simple or complex as you want with Mitch, but great results will follow if you do the work. I have no discomfort and plenty of energy to play with my children and can practice BJJ again, for that I am eternally grateful."

  • Orry

Orry, 29 "Overall, my expectations were blown away, and I state so under the context of previously training at multiple NCAA D1 universities, Olympic Regional Training Sites, the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Westside Barbell in Columbus, and overseas Olympic villages. I am tremendously excited for my future. Regardless of my previous or future athletic achievements, I am now pain free." "My name is Orry Elor. I am a 29-year-old male with a M.S. in Stem Cell Biology and currently a Ph.D. candidate at the University of California, San Francisco in the Pharmaceutical Sciences and Pharmacogenomics program. My focus includes developing genomic technologies to solve current challenges in stem cell therapeutics for regenerative medicine in the McManus Lab. Prior to my journey into science and technology, I was an archetypical 285 lbs. ‘overweight gym bro’ with a layperson’s understanding of human performance optimization. Sheer determination and having an unhealthily obsessive work ethic afforded me athletic scholarship to wrestle at an NCAA D1 institution, the Ohio State University, and Olympic developmental training site, Northern Michigan University. On paper, I seemed “successful,” but my inefficiencies cost me my academics, relationships, and overall health. I struggled to surviving every day while blaming myself for my shortcomings. When I switched from competing at the collegiate level to the international stage, the enormous gap in athleticism and skill forced me to reevaluate. I started with basic biology, chemistry, and physiology courses to understand what made me tick. Becoming more knowledgeable gifted me an unexpected surprise, the ability to detect the majority of misinformation in the health and fitness industry. With better information, I improved, lost 65 lbs., and went on to place 4th at the Olympic team trails in 2016 while balancing coursework, research, and a security job. Leading up to the games, I suffered from an accumulation of minor injuries that were not given adequate attention. In turn, I gained excessive mobility restrictions which limited my offensive and defensive capabilities on the mat. If you search online footage of my matches going back for the past 7 years knowing nothing of the sport, you likely will characterize me as being stiff, slow, and immobile. I tried stretching, foam rolling, working with trainers, massages, acupuncture, and physical therapy. I decided to cross train in Judo, weightlifting, and Jiujitsu. None of these added trainings or modalities significantly helped me improve my restrictions due to my poor execution and receiving inadequate treatment or instruction. At the time, it was tremendously frustrating to me that despite putting in countless hours of painful stretching, I did not improve my restrictions and athletic ability. I knew I needed help but hesitated to reach out feeling that very few people would understand my journey and offer substantial change. However, by sheer serendipity, I saw an advertisement for a mobility and technique clinic being run by Multi-degree Jiu-jitsu black-belt Professor Eduardo Fraga and Dr. of Medicine Mitch Rostad. I was intrigued by the concept, the modest price relative to other comparable clinics, and that they had a limited number of spots available. Signs to me showed to me that they were interested more in teaching than merely profiting. In attending the clinic, I paid particular attention to how they demonstrated, communicated, and showed technique. They explained and showed how optimal and efficient movement can improve my force output, leverage current and future techniques, and most crucially, make training on the mat more enjoyable and fun. I was inspired by the possibilities of improving and thought that mending my old injuries and restrictions may give me a final chance at making an Olympic team in 2024. Thus, I reached out and contacted Mitch and inquired about training. From our initial phone call, Mitch’s stressed that his primary goal was to leverage his personal sports experience and medical training to teach fundamental principles to empower his clients to be independent. My gut feeling from observing at the clinic and listening over the phone is that Mitch’s focus was did not end at getting people out of pain. It ended with super-optimizing all aspects of physical health. I decided to take a leap of faith, put my trust into Mitch, and believe that I can have a pain-free and hopeful future shot at making an Olympic team. Since working with Mitch over the past six months, I’ve been given a simple and intuitive systematic approach to address my pain, restrictions, and mobility. This included receiving assessment on nutrition, sleep, strength training, and hydration. Importantly, I’ve been given modalities that can immediately address major restrictions and issues within 5 minutes in addition to how to improve them in the long run. Through testing and re-testing, Mitch has made personalized changes to fit what I need given my changing lifestyle as a student and researcher. Overall, my expectations were blown away, and I state so under the context of previously training at multiple NCAA D1 universities, Olympic Regional Training Sites, the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Westside Barbell in Columbus, and overseas Olympic villages. I am tremendously excited for my future. Regardless of my previous or future athletic achievements, I am now pain free. Further, the same basic principles taught to me have been shared with my family and are now also working for them. Therefore, I would like to finish by giving Mitch Rostad my highest recommendation for any athlete or professional seeking to optimize their performance and get out of pain."

Rehana, 63 "Mitch's availability was another critical factor in my progress. For example, when my hip and knee locked up at the hospital, he coached me through the process of unlocking my body via a phone call, enabling me to continue my day." "Before discovering PRIMD, my career as a physician was at risk due to chronic knee pain that threatened my ability to work. As a doctor covering multiple hospitals, being on my feet was essential. The pain was especially unbearable when climbing stairs. However, my life transformed after meeting Mitch, the co-founder of PRIMD, who personally develops their services and programming. Mitch is an exceptional care provider and coach who thoroughly explains the root causes of pain and provides practical solutions. He designed a tailored process for me, delivering sustainable results that I could easily understand and implement, regardless of my initial knowledge level. Without making unrealistic demands, Mitch helped me incorporate essential changes into my hectic schedule, such as improved hydration, nutrition, sleep, mobility, and exercise. I learned that lasting solutions require integrating sustainable habits into daily routines – crucial lessons I now call "clues." Mitch's availability was another critical factor in my progress. For example, when my hip and knee locked up at the hospital, he coached me through the process of unlocking my body via a phone call, enabling me to continue my day. Beyond pain relief, I have experienced significant improvements in my everyday life. I can now enjoy various activities such as exercising alongside my world champion athlete daughter, carrying heavy suitcases during travels, sleeping better, and running up and down stairs with ease, even while carrying weight overhead. Additionally, my chronic neck issues were entirely resolved, as Mitch taught me that these symptoms often stem from the same foundational issues. I continue working with Mitch to maintain my progress, stay accountable, and have him as an "on-call" resource. I wholeheartedly recommend PRIMD's services for anyone seeking a better quality of life."

Evan, 32 "Dr. Rostad focused on the root causes, moving beyond mere pain management. Remarkably, within a month of following his personalized regimen, I noticed significant improvements, and after a few months, I was 90% on the way to recovery, with a tangible path to full health.... I've been able to avoid surgery, regain mobility, and enjoy a pain-free existence, outcomes that once seemed unattainable." "My name is Evan Rose, a 32-year-old software engineer who, before discovering Dr. Rostad, struggled with early onset degenerative disk disease in my cervical spine, a condition exacerbated by over a decade spent hunched over a computer screen. Before meeting Dr. Rostad, my daily life was significantly impacted by my condition. Simple activities, such removing a shirt, were challenging due to pain, and finding a comfortable position to sleep was a nightly struggle. Despite exploring various treatments like physical therapy, stretching, dry needling, and massage, relief was temporary. My condition deteriorated to the point where I relied on 400-800 MG of NSAIDs daily and even resorted to prednisone injections into my cervical spine's facet joints. During this particularly difficult period in my life, Dr. Rostad provided the guidance and support I urgently needed. His comprehensive approach, focusing on soft tissue release, strength training, and supplementation, was a radical departure from my other experiences that offered temporary relief without addressing the underlying issue. Dr. Rostad focused on the root causes, moving beyond mere pain management. Remarkably, within a month of following his personalized regimen, I noticed significant improvements, and after a few months, I was 90% on the way to recovery, with a tangible path to full health. The transformation under Dr. Rostad's care has been profound. I've been able to avoid surgery, regain mobility, and enjoy a pain-free existence, outcomes that once seemed unattainable. For those feeling resigned to a life limited by pain and immobility, believing that “this is how it’s going to be,” I strongly encourage you to consult with Dr. Rostad. His expertise, empathy, and innovative approach have been instrumental in restoring my quality of life, offering a new perspective on what is possible with the right care."

"Thank you for taking the time during your workout to help me relieve my shoulder pain. I came in to class intimidated to workout due to right shoulder pain and a tingling sensation radiating down my arm into my fingers. Luckily, Coach Mitch was at the gym and ready to help me out. We worked through a series of lacrosse ball smashing exercises, and it was recommended I complete them daily. After just two days of completing the exercises, the pain and tingling subsided. Excited to keep them going and to see the impact it makes on my overall strength and mobility."

Steven, 24 "After just two weeks, I saw massive improvements. I went from barely being able to move to slowly starting to wrestle again." "When I first started working with Mitch, I was dealing with extreme back pain that I felt every single day. It had gotten to the point where it kept me from doing the things I loved—especially wrestling. I was nearing the end of my season and desperate to get back on the mat, but I could barely get out of bed most mornings. I felt stuck, frustrated, and honestly, scared that my back would never get better. Before coming to PRIMD, I had already gone through cortisone shots, minor procedures, and physical therapy through Kaiser. Nothing was working. I felt like I was going nowhere, and some providers even made me feel like this was just something I’d have to live with. I was beginning to believe that my athletic career might be over. Then I started working with Mitch—and things changed fast. After just two weeks, I saw massive improvements. I went from barely being able to move to slowly starting to wrestle again. But the real breakthrough wasn’t just the physical healing—it was the education and empowerment Mitch gave me. He didn’t just treat the symptoms; he taught me how to take ownership of my health. He introduced me to key principles that no one else had before: how hydration, nutrition, sleep, mobility, and proper strength work all tie into long-term health and performance. He helped me understand my body in a new way. Even though I’m pursuing my Master’s in Kinesiology, Mitch opened my eyes to concepts I hadn’t come across in school—especially around self-reliance, simplicity, and learning how to solve problems, not just manage them. Because of the foundation Mitch helped me build, I’ve continued my rehab independently and with confidence. I’m no longer relying on short-term fixes or temporary relief. I understand how to manage and strengthen my body, and that knowledge has given me back hope. I’ve avoided further invasive procedures and feel like I’m on the path not just to recovery, but to coming back stronger than before. Working with Mitch exceeded my expectations in every way. I finally feel like I have answers, not roadblocks. I fully recommend Mitch to anyone who’s struggling with pain or feeling like they’re out of options. He gave me the tools, the confidence, and the clarity to take control of my health—and for that, I’m incredibly grateful."

The thoughtful diagnosis, suggestions of new exercises and movements until we found the right combination that is working is much appreciated." "Thank you so much for your help in putting me on the path to recovery with my shoulder injury. The thoughtful diagnosis, suggestions of new exercises and movements until we found the right combination that is working is much appreciated. Your passionate and easy to understand anatomy lessons together with your desire to 'teach not just fix' approach has greatly helped me know my body and the injury, and enabled us to work together to get to where we are today. The genuine interest and care shown to me and my ongoing recovery has been a refreshing change. You didn't give me a pill, or jump to a conclusion of surgery, you gave me tools to use now and into the future. Thank you for all that you've done and continue to do."
