Shipping and Returns
  • Order are shipped within 2 business days.

     

    Standard shipping takes 3 to 5 days*

     

    Please note while it is our goal to deliver your order in a timely manner, unexpected delays that are out of our control may occur. We cannot guarantee that shipments handled by third parties will always be on time.

    *If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, it may take up to 7 days to receive your order. 

  • Shipping is free.

  • We do not ship internationally at this time. We only ship within the United States.

  • We accept returns within 30 days of you receiving your order. Items must be unused and be returned with all items it came with. Damaged or used items cannot be refunded.

    Email us at customerservice@getprimd.com with your order number and reason for return. We will email you a return label within 2-3 business days. Returns must be posted within 7 business days of receiving the return label.

  • Refunds will return to the method of payment within 3-5 business days of us receiving the return.

Payment
  • We accept Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Mastercard, American Express, China Union Pay, JCB, Diners, Cartes Bancaires, Discover, Electron and Maestro. 

Orders
  • No, orders cannot be changed once they are made. You can cancel your order within 3 hours by contacting customerservice@getprimd.com

  • You can cancel your order within 3 hours of making it. Please contact us at customerservice@getprimd.com with your order number. If we are able to cancel your order, we will reply with a confirmation that your order has been canceled and you will be fully refunded.

  • If your order is missing or lost, please contact us at customerservice@getprimd.com with your order number and tracking number within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Once we send your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number. It is a 20 digit number located below the list of items you ordered.

  • Send us an email at customerservice@getprimd.com with a photo of the damage and your order number within 7 days of receiving your package.

  • We are sorry to hear that a PRIMD item broke. Please email us at customerseervice@getprimd.com with a photo and your order number. If your item broke within 90 days, we will send you a new item at no additional cost. If the broken item is outside of our 90 days warranty, we are unable to provide a replacement.
