About PRIMD
The name PRIMD combines the words prime and the abbreviation for Doctor of Medicine, M.D. PRIMD represents how Mitch Rostad, M.D., can help YOU get primed.
PRIMD's practice combines evidence-based and often-neglected areas of medicine with sports science to correct problems quickly and naturally. PRIMD typically removes the need for extreme interventions like surgery, drug treatment, physical rehab, or major lifestyle changes. PRIMD is also used to complement these other treatments.
Clients typically report a more dramatic improvement after the first few sessions (or even minutes!) than they have been able to achieve with invasive medical procedures. In some cases, we simply help clients optimize their health. Still, many come to us with life-altering health conditions (extreme pain, impaired mobility, low testosterone, etc.) that no medical intervention has been able to resolve.

We deliver our program over 8 sessions and clients typically experience significant results within the first session. We will train the client’s body while giving the client a toolkit of skills, habits, and life hacks in four foundational areas that determines a person’s wellbeing:

• Strength and movement
• Sleep and stress management
• Hydration and nutrition
Personalized Beyond the Foundation
In addition to these, Dr. Rostad works with clients on other topics of interest (performance nutrition, hair loss, etc.), and advocates for clients by coordinating with clients’ physicians, nutritionists, and other professionals while making referrals to new specialists as needed.
