After our first session, the swelling went down significantly and by the following week I was able to restart sparring in both Judo and Jiujitsu. After my first month of our weekly sessions, I dropped below my weight goal of 200 lbs for the first time in a decade and put on more muscle.
So far I have dropped 15 lbs in the span of 2 months without any significant changes to my diet or lifestyle. Along with the weight loss, my strength levels are much higher than before, I currently bench 170 lbs and am well on my way to getting a 200 lbs bench by the end of the year.
Mitch's approach to fitness is straightforward, concise, and simple. Which makes staying consistent easier. I only wish I had worked with him sooner."
