"Thank you for taking the time during your workout to help me relieve my shoulder pain. I came in to class intimidated to workout due to right shoulder pain and a tingling sensation radiating down my arm into my fingers. Luckily, Coach Mitch was at the gym and ready to help me out. We worked through a series of lacrosse ball smashing exercises, and it was recommended I complete them daily. After just two days of completing the exercises, the pain and tingling subsided. Excited to keep them going and to see the impact it makes on my overall strength and mobility."
