"I first started working with Mitch at Ralph Gracie Berkeley Jiu Jitsu several weeks after I separated my AC joint on the mat. Mitch worked closely with me to provide stabilizing exercises and conduct soft tissue work to loosen tightness as my injury healed. All of the exercises built on one another, and were grounded in improving strength, stability, flexibility, and explosiveness within fundamental life and athletic movements.

In addition, Mitch provided dietary and sports nutrition recommendations that enabled me to improve my diet and ensure effective nutrient and protein intake for my activity level.
